-Shipping price is based off location and will be calculated at checkout.

- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AND PRODUCTS 

-For orders outside the United States there is a shipping fee that will be calculated at checkout once you have provided your shipping address.

-Orders may take up to 24-48 hour to process and 24-72 hours to be shipped.

-Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or sms.

-Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 5-7 business days.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving item.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. You will then email photos of your item to us @lakulturaceo@gmail.com we will then evaluate if there is an issue

- After we review the photos we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on where to send it too

- To avoid scams we will evaluate the item once it is in our possession and if it passes you will then get your exchange or refund
